Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. Server logs may record an IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and maintenance.
How information is used
Contact details are used to answer editorial enquiries. Technical logs are used to maintain and protect the site. We do not sell personal information or create advertising profiles.
Retention, access and correction
Correspondence is retained only as long as it is reasonably needed, normally no more than 12 months. You may request access to or correction of information we hold through the contact page.

You may contact our editorial desk first. You also have the right to contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
